#1 Don’t Skip Meals
When you skip breakfast and get really hungry, part of your brain tries to compensate by urging you to crave high calorie meals.
This happens because your brain is responding to a powerful signal that comes from a hormone called Ghrelin. Anytime your stomach is empty, Ghrelin sends a signal to your brain that says fill me up NOW! That triggers a powerful urge to eat fatty foods and to compensate. So do your best to have 3 meals a day with snacks in between.
