Banana Almond Smoothie
It’s time to do something innovative.
Makes one serving
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 medium banana
1 Tbsp almond butter
¾ cup orange juice
Dash of cinnamon
Put yogurt, banana, almond butter, and orange juice in blender.
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Per serving: 280 calories, 3.5 g fat (0 g saturated), 95 mg sodium,
59 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, 43 g sugar, 8 g protein
Anywhere peanut butter goes from cookies to sauces, this can too.
Just make sure to stir in the oil at the top to prevent it from going dry.
