    Personal Training

    • PERSONAL TRAINING:  David's personal training programs are customized and designed specifically for his clients and their individual fitness levels, goals and lifestyles needs.
    • He strives to make sure each personal training session not only provides maximum client benefits but also one that is an enjoyable experience.
    • He focuses on reducing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, functional lifestyle exercise, agility and flexibility.
    • He also works with individual clients on pre and post rehab exercises. 
    • David trains his clients at Trophy Fitness Club / CAMP daveFIT or in the convenience of their home.  

    Wellness Camps

    Wellness Camps are designed fitness camps for helping

    people of all fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals.

    During the fitness camps, I will share nutritional guidelines and tips. 

    I will help all online clients with their login information for the Online Nutrition Plan.
