I've had quite a few people ask me how I've stayed fit (keyword fit - not skinny) while pregnant. Now some things are genetic (how you carry, water retention, number of pregnancies, etc) but there are things you can control. Once I got through the sickness of trimester one, I started attending boot camp after work and what a difference it has made! The trainer, Dave, is awesome. He has helped me modify workouts to accommodate my growing belly and keep me and baby k safe while still giving me an awesome workout. (It helps that he has two kids of his own!)
