Mom to be...works with Camp DaveFiT

I've had quite a few people ask me how I've stayed fit (keyword fit - not skinny) while pregnant. Now some things are genetic (how you carry, water retention, number of pregnancies, etc) but there are things you can control. Once I got through the sickness of trimester one, I started attending boot camp after work and what a difference it has made! The trainer, Dave, is awesome. He has helped me modify workouts to accommodate my growing belly and keep me and baby k safe while still giving me an awesome workout. (It helps that he has two kids of his own!) If you're pregnant and your doctor gives you the okay, find a workout routine that works for you and if you live in north Texas, I highly recommend checking out campdavefit.com - I've loved it and can't wait to continue post baby!‪#‎pregnancy‬ ‪#‎fitmom‬ ‪#‎sixmonthsdown‬ ‪#‎preggolinz‬ ‪#‎advocare‬

Checkout my progress on Advocare supplements

Hey Dave

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for putting the word out on Advocare.  I am a Lex and Terry listener and the first time I heard of Advocare it was because you were talking about, last May I was around 275 lbs and at 5 ft 6 inches that's not remotely healthy.  I started eating right and I had always worked out but like now.  I lost about 25 lbs and then a friend mentioned he was doing Advocare supplements so I decided to give them a try.  Since then I lost about 50 lbs and I am down to 199 lbs.  I take Spark, thermoplus, rehydrate and nighttime recovery.  These supplements work so well I became a distributor myself checkout my before and after pics.  Again I just wanted to say thank you.

Congratulations Wallice, on your success so far. Keep your flame hot!
